OUR RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted on merchandise under the following conditions.

Item has not been installed. Returned in original packaging. Returned in resaleable condition. Returned with RMA# attached.

(RMA#'s can be obtained by calling our toll free number 1-800-407-9827 or outside U.S.A. call 251-343-3725 or e-mail us at: info@icemachineparts.com). All returns are subject to our inspection and should be sent back postage paid. A refund will be made less original shipping cost and less a 18% restocking fee. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full and return postage will be on us. ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS and electrical parts are not returnable.
