Ice Machines, Dispensers and Bins
- 5-year parts and 5-year labor coverage
on Q-model ice machine evaporator.
- 5-year parts and 3-year labor coverage
on Q-model ice machine compressor.
- 3-year parts and labor coverage on
dispensers, storage bins, QM-model ice
machines and all other components.

Reach-Ins
- 2 year parts-and-labor coverage for all
reach-in refrigerators and freezers.
- 5-year parts coverage
for the evaporator and compressor.
- Optional extended parts-and labor coverage
also available.

REPLACEMENT PARTS |
- 1-year parts coverage
for the evaporator and compressor.
- 90-days parts coverage
for all other replacement parts

RETURN OF IN-WARRANTY PARTS |
- Parts must be returned with transportation
prepaid, and must be properly package
to prevent further damage.
- Model # and Serial # of equipment
(located on inner wall of cabinet)
must be supplied along with defective part.
- Return of Hermetically Sealed Units
must be returned with service valve closed
and capped. All lines must be pinched and
soldered shut. Reason for return must be
supplied along with compressor.
